1-2-1 Career Coaching
Students and young professionals are always under pressure to perform and often have multiple conflicting priorities in life that provide very little time for making important decisions.

1-2-1 Career Coaching takes the individual outside of their normal routine and provides a space for them to think about what is going to be important to them in their career. They are able to discuss their ideas and plans with someone that is impartial and a real ally in their quest to find meaningful employment.

Whether selecting subjects to study, routes into further education, skill sets to develop, companies to apply for, or perhaps how to set up their own business, at This Generation Career Coaching we are well placed to help them navigate their career journey.

Coaching can take place in-person or online, whichever is most convenient.
GCSE Students
At 15 / 16 years old, students are studying a wide range of subjects and quite quickly need to be ready to select A-Levels, T-Levels, Apprenticeships or moving straight into the world of work.

A Level Students
A Level students are having to make important decisions about life after school by the beginning of Year 13.
The decisions surrounding whether or not to go to University, apply for Degree Apprenticeships, take a Gap Year, or head straight into employment are made often quicker than the students would have wished for.

If you're already studying a degree or working your way through a degree apprenticeship, the good news is that you are already becoming more employable.
